Natural phenomena and violence cause the destruction of housing, community equipment and social network.

From the beginning, the Foundation Solidaridad for Colombia has assisted these communities under the humanitarian assistance and integral reconstruction modality. We have assisted tragedies such as those of Tumaco, Armero, Popayán, Paez, Armenia, Cauca – coastal zone, Cartagena, Nechí, etc.

AREAS OF ACTION:

• Execution of community equipping work and urban furnishing.

• Legalization of landed property and social accompaniment during the subsidy procedure.

• Design of geographic information system.

• House rehabilitation and construction.

• Humanitarian aid (food, furnishings, etc).

• Prevention and risk management.

• Promotion and organization of Community processes.

• Inventory of infrastructure and basic sanitation work.

• Reestablishment of social network and Community bonding.
