To generate options and opportunities under equal conditions is one of the prerequisites of social development; in that sense we believe that the best way to contribute is by training people in their trade so they may generate their own and sufficient income to satisfy their needs.

The lack of working opportunities is present, among other factors, due to a low educational level, the lack of training and social support; that is why our work has been directed to training the more socially vulnerable people (single mothers, unemployed youngsters).

AREAS OF ACTION:

• Formation and accompaniment of groups for self management.

• Support to associated groups.

• Preparation workshops.

• Training in clothes sewing, bakery and food handling.

• Training in occupational health, marketing and costs, labor legislation and human development.

• Strengthening of already existing productive units within a community and development of projects that permit the formation of new groups of dependable economy.
